With PEARLI’s refill plan, you can set it and forget it so that you never have to worry about going to the store again.
Once you have subscribed to any of the following plans, products will be shipped every 3-6 months depending on the product, and you will be charged the subscription fee at the time the product is shipped.

Our toothpaste tablets have a shelf life of 2 years! If you are using them properly, you should never run into this problem, but in the chance you want to store them for any reason, please do so completely sealed at room temperature for no longer than 2 years.

We hope that all of our products bring joy and results to our customers who decide to trust us with providing them with quality oral care products. However, we realize that sometimes a return or refund is warranted.
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@joinpearli.com. Once the request has been approved, a shipping label will be provided to you, and the products must be returned to the address on the label. Once our team has received the product, the refund will be immediately issued, but may take 3-5 business days for the refund to hit your account.
